Orange County CODE/IT

OCEDP is proud to announce the graduation of six students from Code/IT Academy's CompTIA A+ cohort in Orange County!

This program is part of a larger workforce development initiative designed to strengthen the talent pool in Indiana’s Uplands region. Orange County had the highest percentage of Code/IT students qualify for CompTIA A+ exam vouchers in the entire region.

Students that completed the 10-week training included Corrinna Long and Carliss Stennett, who both completed their second Code/IT course, as well as Joshua Frank, Bethany Howard, Clayton Weisenberger, and Stephen Waynick.

Regional Opportunity Initiatives (ROI) is working with the Incremental Development Alliance to grow and train a network of small scale developers and contractors in the Uplands Region.

This is a wonderful training opportunity for bankers, realtors, local elected officials, planning or zoning staff, potential developers or contractors!

Developers and Contractors - ROI will also be hosting a 1 Day Workshop (tentatively scheduled for March 5, 2025) and a 2 Day Bootcamp! ROI will be offering scholarships to participants from Orange and surrounding counties to attend the workshop and boot camp.
