You should have received a mailing from the church that included a letter from Pastor Steve, Estimate of Giving Card, and a list of exciting things Faith United has done this past year. You have 4 options to return your Estimate of Giving Card:
  1. Place in wooden Covenant Box inside Door #1. You will NOT have to sign in if you only drop it off.
  2. Mail it back in the provided return envelope.
  3. Enter a pledge using your Realm Profile.
  4. Submit a form found on our website myfaithunited.org.

Charge Conference

The congregation is invited to attend our annual Charge Conference on Sunday, November 1 at 4pm by Zoom. Anyone can attend and have a voice in the meeting. Only Church Board members are permitted to vote. Be looking for a Zoom invite in Sunday's Worship by Wire email.

A Community Christmas
Due to the pandemic, A Community Christmas looks different this year. All in-person operations have been suspended, but monetary donations are still accepted. Donations will go toward purchasing toys, food vouchers, and gift cards for client families.

To donate, add Community Christmas to the memo line of your check to the church, or select Community Christmas under funds in Realm Giving. Donations must be received at the church before November 6, 2020.
Spiritual Practices
& Worship Engagement
Trying a new way of praying and studying scripture helps us stay close to God and is vital to our growth as disciples of Christ. This month's spiritual practices will focus on Bible Study Methods. Look for those videos in the coming weeks.

Pennies for Paraguay Update

We finally received letters and photos from our students that were prepared last March. The postal system in the country has collapsed, so communication is more difficult. Our seven students have sent their thanks for your support. Two, whom we have sponsored for many years, are graduating in December. How wonderful to have been part of their academic success!

We have committed to sponsoring the other five students for the 2021 school year. This will require $2,400. The great news is that we already have $2,000! Thanks to those of you who have contributed to the fund during the pandemic. Now, we just need the other $400 by January. It would be great to exceed that amount so we could sponsor one or more additional students to get back the seven. Please make checks out to the church, with Pennies for Paraguay on the memo line. Thanks for your twenty years of support for this mission.

Butch Ransom is healing nicely from his knee replacement surgery and he wanted to express his thanks to the church for coming out to his retirement celebration parade and for all the cards, gifts and support.
Prayer Requests
Requests can be emailed to Amanda Englehart to be added to the weekly Thursday prayer list.

Prayer requests are distributed to members via email, not available to the public. Also email Amanda if you would like to receive the weekly prayer list to pray for those lifted up.

The Youth Mission Team takes orders year round for gift cards.
