Spectrum Care Management and Counseling was founded with a mission to support individuals and families navigating complex systems of care. In those early years, we provided services to seniors, individuals living with traumatic brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, and others through Medicaid waiver programs, private care management, and grant-funded initiatives.
In 2013, we expanded our services to include individuals with developmental disabilities — a turning point that has come to define much of our work today. While the populations we’ve served have grown and evolved, our commitment has remained the same: to walk beside each person and their family with compassion, respect, and unwavering advocacy.
Now, as we celebrate 20 years in business (15 years as a LLC and 5 years as an independent practitioner), we want to express our deepest gratitude to you. Your trust, collaboration, and resilience have helped shape Spectrum into the agency it is today. Every family we’ve worked with has helped us refine our approach, deepen our understanding, strengthen our commitment to person-centered service, and become more compassionate, informed, and intentional in all that we do.
