🎓 A Journey of Learning and Growth
After graduating high school, Jonathan took his first steps toward a career through a work-study program, where he trained in medical billing. Driven to continue learning, he went on to earn his associate’s degree from Bergen Community College, and later achieved a bachelor’s degree in music from William Paterson University—blending his love of education with his passion for music.
💖 Where Passion Meets Purpose
Jonathan’s professional path led him to the Forum School, where he initially worked summers starting in 2009. Recognizing his dedication and natural connection with the students, the school offered him a full-time position in 2014, where he has been proudly working ever since. Jonathan shared how meaningful his work is, saying he’s thankful for his job and values the opportunity to better understand and relate to the children with autism he supports.
🎶 A Life Filled with Music
Outside of work, Jonathan continues to nurture his lifelong love of music. He began piano lessons at just 7 years old, and by 10, he was already singing in choir. Today, he continues to take piano lessons and shares his talent by accompanying the children’s choir at his church. He’s also a proud member of both his adult church choir and the New Jersey Choral Society.
