A Word From Our Food & Beverage Manager
What a great Holiday Season for WYCC! We celebrated the 60th Anniversary of the Club and hosted at least 10 Topside Holiday parties in the month of December. Super busy times and our Staff did a great job!
In the upcoming months we will be concentrating on some repairs, basic maintenance and clean-up of our Facility.
Effective immediately we are following a new and updated Special Events Agreement , so please make sure you are aware of changes if booking your Special Event with us. It has been updated on our website also. Please call the office if you have any questions.

As of January 11th, I'll be out the office on maternity leave until February. (I will specify the exact return date at a later time).

I'll be checking my email sporadically. Please, resend any messages that you'd like me to review with the subject "URGENT:[Original Subject]" and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Annual Meeting
Important!

The Annual Meeting and Election of Officers and Board Members is scheduled for Friday, January 18th at 7 pm . It is important that you show up to cast your vote, as we are updating our Bylaws. If you cannot attend, please be sure to get your proxy returned so we can transact all business. Everyone will be sent a copy of the call to the meeting with a proxy form after Christmas. Bylaws with the changes will be posted to our web page after final approval of the Board. We need you in order for us to make these changes for the benefit of our Club!

P.S. Please make your reservations for the Dining Room if planning to attend Prime Rib Buffet that evening. Early seating at 5 pm, late seating at 8 pm.

Monthly Wine Tasting
Always exciting and very knowledgeable event we all enjoy! Please attend our January Wine Tasting with Hank Foiles on Tuesday, January 29th. Traditionally, we will start the night off with a glass of Sparkling wine, and continue with 5 selections of wine thoughtfully paired with the finest cuisine by our chef Chun.
The event starts at 7 pm Topside and is $25 per person. Make your reservations in advance by calling the office before Friday, January 25th.

P.S. Please let us know what other members of the Club you are making reservations for to minimize confusion about seating and guest numbers. Let us know if there's any cancellations as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate it!
