There are plenty of lists out there that tell us how to age beautifully and healthily and alot of these lists focus mainly on the physical aspects of aging.....stay active, eat right, exercise, maintain healthy medication management. But let's not forget about our emotional health! We may have a strong ticker but lack a strong social connection to the community! Get involved and have some fun! This "fun" trickles down to a good night's sleep and reduced stress levels.
