FuelCell Energy Announces New 1.4 Megawatt Project With The City of San Bernardino Municipal Water Department
Sacramento Clean Cities sponsor Fuel Cell Energy has announced a 1.4 MW power plant at the San Bernardino Municipal Waste Department. The plant will make clean electrical energy and heat for industrial operations using digester gas from the waste treatment plant.

New Flyer’s Xcelsior CHARGE H2™ achieves 350 miles of zero-emission range

Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) drove a NewFlyer Xcelsior 40 foot hydrogen fuel cell transit bus 350 miles without refueling. The demonstration was done on OCTA Route 47 between Fullerton and Newport Beach in April 2019.

Trillium is introducing a program they call, “Power Up,” that will allow EV fleets to use electricity from the grid, from solar panels, from natural gas or from energy stored in battery systems, in any combination.

Powerline approval could bring EV drivers more wind power

Final approvals have been secured to build transmission lines from wind generation in Wyoming to connect with existing distribution lines at Hoover Dam in Nevada, allowing the wind generated electricity from Wyoming to reach major metro areas in Southern California.

FedEx using Fuel Cell Electric Tuggers at Albany Aiport


FedEx has put hydrogen fuel cell powered cargo tugs into service at Albany International Airport. The tugs are capable of hauling 40,000 pound loads continuously for four hours, and being refueled in four minutes.
