The California Office of Administrative Law approved the Advanced Clean Fleets Regulation (ACF) on September 29. The ACF is effective October 1, 2023.

CARB has approved the Hyliion Hypertruck ERX under their very stringent Near Zero-Emission Vehicle (NZEV) standard under both the ACT and ACF Regulations. The truck appears to be a IH Cascadia with a Dana eAxle and a battery pack that can also be DC Fast Charged.
