US EPA Evaluating Additional Locomotive Regulations
The US EPA, responding to petitions from several state and regional air agencies and organizations, will be evaluating additional regulations to reduce locomotive NOx and PM emissions, including requiring faster fleet turnover and requiring stricter remanufacturing emission standards.

GM Repairs Teslas
GM Repairs Teslas: In a recent presentation by GM President Mark Reuss, GM dealerships have performed 11,180 repairs to Teslas. GM pointed out that 90% of the US population lives within 10 miles of a GM dealership. Right-to-Repair legislation requires OEMs to make detailed repair and software information available to independent repair shops.

ACE Trains Go 100% Renewable Diesel
The Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) heavy-rail commuter trains from the Central Valley into the Bay Area will begin using 100% renewable diesel. It will be the first commuter train in Northern California to run on renewable diesel.
