HNB Partnership Project
Starting in August 2021, HNB partnered with Saint Louis University’s Service Leadership (BIZ 2200) class in a mentorship project. Teams of students were paired with HNB entrepreneurs who met throughout the semester to complete a business needs assessment to determine strength and growth areas. The entrepreneurs served as mentors for the students, and the students were also able to give their fresh ideas to the entrepreneurs. The project ended this December in a final Zoom meeting where the students presented recommendations to their assigned businesses. Their recommendations will be funded through a generous grant provided by the Jaffe Foundation. It was a very impactful experience and a great learning opportunity for all.
