Long Term Staff help the residents fill their days with activities that bring meaning to their lives, provide interactions with friends, families, staff and community members. The activities program allows the residents to continue doing what they did prior to their time in LTC and provides opportunities for new experiences.
Ray and Gladys Olsen celebrated their 72nd wedding anniversary last month. They celebrated by visiting with their friends and enjoying a toast and goodies.
Sarah Hofstetter leads a sing-along with the Long Term Care residents on Tuesdays.
There are regular pet visits, which is a favorite for all the residents. Rambo, our part time resident dog, is part of the family.
On Fridays the residents do some baking and Dale likes to help so he can snack on the cookie dough!
Several residents have enjoyed their outings to the community pool and look forward to going each week.
