Your weekly news & updates
This week in worship
We are starting a new series that will take us through Labor Day Weekend called “Faith over Fear.” There is no doubt that fear is rampant in our culture today and occupies a large part of our national consciousness. With the most painful and violent stories front and center on our newsfeeds and mass shootings being a real thing that have tragically become our new normal, we have a right to have a certain level of fear. Yet the Bible tells us to “fear not” over and over and over again - how do we do this? We start by looking to our faith in Christ as the foundation for all our interactions with the world. From this perspective God desires to show us a way forward toward a better day. I hope you will join me this Sunday as we start this journey. The Scripture will be Hebrews 11:1-3, 8-16

Blessings,
Pastor Steve
