Thriving Mind CEO Speaks at Conference Dr. John Newcomer discussed managing specialty populations at a meeting this month organized by the Open Minds organization. The OPEN MINDS Management Institute is an annual meeting spanning over 20 years, focused on performance management tools needed for innovation in a complex market. "You're not only connecting individuals in your network to a single provider, but connecting across the community to services including housing, substance use, mental health treatment and primary care services," Dr. Newcomer told the group.
