Our Trip to Punta Cana

In September, we took a trip to Punta Cana, Mexico to do site inspections at the Sanctuary Cap Cana and the Hyatt Zilara and Ziva. We also took a much needed break from the stress of working in travel during a pandemic. The resorts were clean, beautiful and had amazing hospitality. Thank you for the invitation, Playa Resorts!

7 Wonders of the World

Karen and Linda have been to 4 out of the 7 of the Wonders! We have had the opportunity to see the Great Wall of China, Christ the Redeemer statue, Chichen Itza and the Roman Colosseum. These are some of our favorite travel journeys of all time. Machu Picchu, Taj Mahal and the Petra are still on our bucket list, so we hope to travel there soon!

Safety Savvy by Travel Age West

This article in Travel Age West magazine shows what a key role travel agents play in communicating safety procedures to their clients. To the inexperienced traveler, all the rules and regulations surrounding travel can be a complicated, confusing process to sort out. The article also mentions how many more regulations are being announced almost daily due to the Coronavirus. This is where working with a travel agent comes in handy- we learn about all these restrictions and how to safely maneuver through these difficult times. We are also experienced travelers who are able to guide you through airport safety, baggage regulations and security.

Cinderella's Castle

The castle in Disney World has gotten brand-new royal color scheme! These new colors are bold and fun, and make the castle look like it glows in the sunlight. This is a beautiful update that I can't wait to see in person!
Dining in the newly reopened Disney World

Due to the Coronavirus, protocols in Walt Disney World have changed, specifically in dining. To help with social distancing, Disney is requiring all guests to use mobile ordering through the My Disney Experience app for quick service options and many snack stands. Since mobile ordering is now required, guests may have to wait from 15-45 minutes for food, so make sure you order ahead. There also may be some restaurants closed or socially distanced for your safety.

Throwback to our trip last year
Costa Mujeres in Cancun
Last August, we went to the TRS Coral in Costa Mujeres for Palladium Master Experience for a three-day conference to learn all about the resort. TRS resorts are adults only whereas the sister properties of Palladium are family resorts. The beautiful resort has many activities including a gorgeous pool and a variety of dining options. Mexico is open for tourism now, and TRS would be the perfect destination. Contact us if you're looking for a getaway!
