Daphne Utilities is committed to providing our customers with the highest-quality, uninterrupted utility services at affordable rates. Throughout the year, we strive to meet this commitment through regular maintenance, system upgrades and construction of new utility infrastructure. Here we will provide regular updates to some of the major ongoing construction projects.

Late Fees & Delinquent Accounts

Starting January 1, 2021, we will resume normal operations for processing late payments. Late fees and cut offs to delinquent accounts will resume at this time.

Grease Recycling

Turkey time is fast approaching! Remember to recycle your grease when you are cooking your feast!

Entering Customer Homes
With the colder temperatures upon us, we would like to remind our customers due to COVID19 Protocols, Daphne Utilities Natural Gas Department is unable to offer services that involve entering customer homes. These services include lighting pilots and evaluating appliances that are not working properly. Daphne Utilities gas technicians will respond to gas leaks in homes and shut off gas meters until the problem can be resolved by a certified plumber.
