National Safe Digging Month

April is National Safe Digging Month! This month, recognized by CGA stakeholders, reminds diggers the importance of calling 811 before all outdoor digging projects, large or small. Be sure to contact Alabama 811 two (2) full working days, not counting the day of notification before all digging projects. Hitting an underground utility line while digging can cause serious injuries, disrupt service to entire neighborhoods, and potentially result in fines and repair costs.

Daphne Utilities is warning customers about a possible scam in our area.

At Daphne Utilities, we will send an automated call to remind you of a past-due account but will never call demanding payment or an automated call offering a refund of payment. If you receive a suspicious phone call, please call Daphne Utilities' office at 251.626.2628, and we will happily review your account with you. Our phones are answered 24/7, So please do not hesitate if you are unsure.

Monthly Board Meetings

Join us the last Wednesday of every month at Daphne City Hall. Board members and our executive staff meet monthly to discuss happenings at the utility.

Trash Service

Daphne Utilities is always proud to partner with the City of Daphne! We do know it gets confusing at times what services we each offer. We handle the billing for trash service, the city handles the service and operation of that.
