Stacey Brown and Associates, Counseling and Wellness
November greetings from all of us at Stacey Brown & Associates Counseling and Wellness! We are so grateful and honored you choose to trust us.

We often learn lessons from the seasons and the elements. Once we tune in, we can align our goals and health with these gifts that changes bring. This month, we focus on gratitude for our wellbeing, our growth and abundance. November, and the trees, remind us how easy it is to let go. Let go of habits, thinking patterns, relationships and behaviors that no longer serve us for our greatest good. Focusing on gratitude and appreciation for ourselves and the changes we can make will keep us focused on joy. We all have the capability to shift our attention to focusing on positive lessons we are learning, opportunities to expand and on appreciation for our wealth of comforts.

Join us for our continued focus on wellness with our special workshop: "Embracing Ho'oponopono". We are thrilled to offer this workshop on gratitude by our friend and special guest, Francesca Simonelli. See class description and registration information below.

We will continue to host drop in meditation classes on Wednesday mornings at 8:00 am and on Thursdays at noon. Join us so we can raise the vibe in Downtown Fort Myers. We will provide a brief guided meditation to help you stay in touch with your breathing and meditation practice.

With much love and appreciation,

Stacey Brown, MA, LMHC, NCC

UPCOMING EVENT

Understanding & Utilizing
the Power of Ho'oponopono
What better time than the season of gratitude to learn about the powerful, ancient technique of Ho'oponopono than the season of Thanksgiving?

Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian spiritual healing technique that means to "make it right". Ho'oponopono may help you take responsibility for everything that affects your current state of being. The art of using this powerful ritual of acceptance, forgiveness and cleansing of the energies that you attract in your life through practicing gratitude and connecting to universal love may help you learn how to generate more positivity and joy in your life.

Join Francesca Simonelli for this three hour training. During this workshop, participants will learn about the history, technique and manifestation of Ho'oponopono. Francesca will lead you into focused awareness exercises that can help you activate and clarify your personal focus to help you tap into creative problem solving, peace and your inner wisdom. Simply beginning with a small amount of gratitude and a will to let love in will create movement toward freedom from daily angst.
