Fall '25 Term

The Curriculum Committee of Adventures in Learning is delighted to

bring you 10 courses for the fall 2025 term. Most courses begin

the week of September 15.


This term we welcome and look forward to the contributions of new

Study Leaders Kara Gruver, Kate Lowrie and Matt Lowrie,

Suzanne Paul, and Susan Woods.



We thank all of our volunteer study leaders and lecturers for giving so generously of their time and expertise to make the fall courses possible.


We also wish to thank Colby-Sawyer College for providing classroom space and our community partners for their willingness to collaborate.

AIL is pleased to announce its next AIL member field trip on Thursday, September 4, 2025, to view Making History: 200 Years of American Art at the Peabody Essex Museum


Field trip attendees will be automatically granted a spot at the pre-trip presentation by AIL study leader, David Click, happening on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. in the AIL Classroom.


The field trip, including the pre-trip presentation, is exclusively available to current AIL members / Cost: $100.

Corbett Leith strives to recapture an exhilarating and dynamic experience by layering bold, expressive marks of hand-mixed pigments on the surface.

Through these movements and expressions of color, he relives a sense of place and happening in nature.
