Community Outreach
Legal on the Levee
Helix Aviation Academy attended “Legal on the Levee” Sunday, May 23rd. This event was hosted by our sister school, Helix Legal Academy (HLA). It was a wonderful community event featuring the “Michael Foster Project,” a popular local jazz band. Hundreds of people from the community came out along with HLA and HAA founding students for fun and engaging activities.
Family Engagement
On May 6th, Helix Aviation Academy held its first Aviator Parent Communication Council Meeting. Parents and staff engaged in meaningful conversations around curriculum and programs. This was an opportunity for input and suggestions. We are a true community-design school. With us parents have a voice on day one.
