Meet our Work-From-Home Helpers

Over the past seven weeks, our team has diligently worked from home to ensure the safety and well-being of all our employees, carriers and vendors. When we look back on this phase of working from home, there are some special helpers that have been a constant fixture in our daily work routine. We wanted to share with you a glimpse into how these helpers have helped and highlight their support during this time!
Also, we are excited to announce that we are implementing a slow integration back into the office for all employees throughout the month of May. You will continue to receive the same dedicated service you have come to expect from us throughout this transition.

Meet Lily Heuton.
She's the youngest member of the team and is Daddy's Little Helper. She just loves interjecting her insurance knowledge on her daddy's phone calls. Did you say naps? No, thank you, we have policies to sell!

Meet Bailey.
She is busy helping Susan's husband answer emails. When she's done with her emails, she can be found either napping in the office or barking at the delivery man.

Meet Sassy.
Sassy is the best at making sure her mom, Lois, takes regular breaks to go for a walk. Sassy also takes over email duty in the afternoon, she's great at keeping client's happy!

Meet Ilana and Jordan Levy.
This dynamic duo are regular guests in our office morning Zoom meetings! They show up to work in their pajamas, and that's acceptable when you work from home. Ilana and Jordan always give the team their best advice and encouragement to have an awesome day!

Meet Ollie and Finn.
Ollie is busy at work keeping her mom, Carla, on track with her emails and phone calls. She also enjoys assisting with Zoom meetings. Finn, who is making a fashion statement with his one sock, lays patiently nearby waiting to go for a walk.

Meet Chinook and Simcoe.
Chinook offers up invaluable typing assistance to her mom, Deanna. She is also great at ergonomic corrections (hand on head, not on mouse) and anti-gravity protection. She prevents her mom from spontaneously floating out of her chair with her reassuring weight on her lap. Her sister cat, Simcoe, is showing off her obvious strength: a paperweight.

Meet Oscar and Mya.
Oscar is great at keeping his mom, Samantha, on schedule with morning greetings, frequent snack breaks and reminding her when it's 5pm, time to stop and eat! Mya is a regular on Zoom calls, she persistently reorganizes her mom's paperwork, and is an excellent typing assistant.

Greg's birthday may have been during quarantine, but he wasn't alone... we all celebrated with him via a Zoom meeting! Once the team is back together, we'll have cake to make it official.
