IMPORTANT: MORNING TRAFFIC FLOW CHANGES FOR US & TIGER TRANSIT DROP-OFFS
We have been closely monitoring the morning traffic flow over the last three days, hoping it would have adjusted to more normal levels by today. Administration met with Brevard County Traffic Operations this morning to discuss options for easing the situation. Unfortunately, the increase in auto traffic on our campus coupled with area growth requires us to reevaluate our morning traffic pattern.
BCTO strongly recommended that we close the gate that connects Holy Trinity Drive and Pineda earlier to avoid backups and, more importantly, ensure the safety of our student drivers, as well as our staff and families. Please be advised that beginning on Monday, the gate will close at 7:25 AM. If you arrive after this time, you will need to use the back entrance off Business Center Drive (off Wickham Rd.) to access the US carline or drop your child off at Tiger Transit at the Athletic Center. Again, the main parking lot should NOT be used for student drop-offs. We will be enforcing this beginning next week as part of our efforts to maintain a safe and stress-free morning arrival process.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Upper School Dress Code Reminder
As a reminder, as stated in the family handbook:
Khaki skorts and shorts must be of relaxed fit and no shorter than 4 inches about the kneecap.
Additionally, the dress code requires make students to be clean shaven at all times, and hair longer than their shirt collar must be pulled up in a manner so as not to extend over or below the shirt collar or cover the eyes.
Parents, please ensure your student comes to school properly dressed. Beginning on Monday, (8/15), students who are found to be in violation of our dress code will be noted to have a "Class A" disciplinary infraction. Students found to have inappropriate shorts or skorts may be required to replace them with PE shorts which will be charged to their parent’s account.

|
Upper School Visitor Management System
The Upper School utilizes the School Pass visitor management system. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Each Upper School parent should have received an email from SchoolPass with instructions for obtaining your digital ID (QR code). This will be necessary when checking a student in or out, as well as for when parents are coming on to campus for meetings, events or pre-arranged volunteer opportunities. If you didn’t receive this email and would like your digital ID sent to you again, please email [email protected].

WHILE YOU WERE AWAY, US RENOVATIONS WERE UNDERWAY!
The summer months did not slow renovations to our 22-year-old Upper School campus. UP NEXT: Work is about to begin on the Upper School grounds with a complete overhaul of the landscaping and irrigation repairs. We can't wait to see the finished product!

FALL WORKOUTS ARE UNDERWAY - ALL US STUDENTS ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE!
Afternoon workouts began this week in the weight room at the Tiger Athletic Complex under the direction of Holy Trinity's new Director of Athletic Performance Coach Vinny Martin. Workouts are open to ALL Upper School students, regardless of whether they play a sport or not, and all are encouraged to attend. The fall workout schedule is below.
- Athletic attire is required, especially athletic footwear that have laces and can tie. No sandals, Crocs, or dudes.
- Hydration is crucial, make sure you begin hydrating prior to the afternoon sessions.
- Get in the habit of 8 hours of sleep a night, this will benefit you tremendously as the school year gets started and longer hours are required of you.
- Also, make sure you are eating a healthy breakfast and lunch. It is not recommended to show up to lifting and then practice without proper hydration and nutrition.
Stay up to date with Coach Martins at the official Holy Trinity Athletic Performance page on social media! Coach Martins will be posting schedules, news, tips, photos and more - so don't miss out!
