This outdoor concert hosted at Holy Trinity's Kelly Stadium will feature big band crooner Michael Andrew and a 30-piece brass band from the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, and offer guests a New York-themed experience, with tapas style cuisine from local chefs such as:

REMINDER: Students in grades 2 - 6 are invited to join the Lower School Lunch Bunch Book Club! The February book selections are:

There's no need for students to sign up for Lunch Bunch Book Club. Students read the book and then bring their lunch to the library on their assigned day (as noted). They will eat outside and then play a Kahoot based on the book. First, second and third place winners choose a prize from the library treasure chest. Lunch Bunch Book Club information is available on Mrs. Houser's Library onCampus page under "Groups”.
World Read Aloud Day is Coming!

Upper School Takes a Walk Down Memory Lane to Celebrate HT's Founder's Day

Upper School students, faculty, staff and members of the Board of Trustees welcomed Reverend William Lewis to chapel this morning to celebrate Holy Trinity's Founder's Day. Father Lewis shared so many interesting facts about our rich history of accomplished graduates and the evolution of our school over the decades. TIGERS MAKING TRACKS
Watch HT's own "Saxophonix" (Brooke Ramnath, Anna Mondschein, and Fefe Montalvo) entertain the residents at Zon Beachside Assisted Living Facility in Indian Harbour Beach. They delighted the crowd with a myriad of musical selections from composers such as Henry Mancini, Elvis Presley, and even Ozzy Osbourne!
Madame Sacra's French 4 students get a hands-on lesson about French calligraphy.
HT high school students spend their Saturday at Dr. Kelly Miller's Leadership Seminar.

CLASS OF 2022: COLLEGE COUNTDOWN
Reminders for Seniors...

Read your Emails:
Be sure you are checking your email at least once a week. Colleges and Universities are sending messages to you regarding your admission status, housing opportunities, and potential scholarship awards. You don’t want to miss these important details!

Community Service Hours:
Final deadline to submit hours for seniors is April 15. Now is the time to check your community service hour totals and if you haven’t completed your required hours, make a plan to do so. Hours are listed in onCampus account in your Contact Card.

SCOIR Updates:
Please continue to update your SCOIR college lists. This includes moving schools from your “Applying” list to “Applied” and recording college decisions (accepted, deferred, denied) as you receive notice.
Also, upload at least one copy of a college acceptance letter into your “My Drive” in SCOIR. Verification of an acceptance is a graduation requirement.
Attention Juniors!

Junior Touch Base Meetings and College Planning Homework:
Be sure to schedule a meeting if you haven’t already!
College Advisors are currently meeting with their junior advisees. To schedule a meeting, students should use the Sign Up Genius link previously emailed to them by their advisor. Also, before scheduling the meeting, each junior should complete their “homework” which includes the following tasks in SCOIR:
  • Uploading an updated resume to “My Drive”
  • Adding colleges to the “Following” list
  • Completing the Junior Student Survey

Resume Writing Workshop:
Wednesday, Feb. 2 from 3-3:30 p.m. in the Tiger Café. Juniors wanting assistance with their resumes please bring your laptops and join the college advisors for this work session.

Global Citizenship and STEAM Diploma Applications Are Due Feb. 4:

SAVE THE DATE: Junior College Planning and Retreat Day is Tuesday, Feb. 15:
Juniors will begin their day in the Tiger Café at 8:00 a.m. and then attend special topic related sessions conducted by the counseling staff. Topics to be covered include: 
  • How to Tell My Story/Essays and Letters of Recommendation
  • How Will My College Application Be Evaluated/Mock Admission Activity
  • Using SCOIR for College Planning
  • Curriculum Planning/Course Requests. 

(Attire: College shirts and Uniform pants/shorts.)

American Legion Boys and Girls State Leadership Program --Junior Boys and Girls have the opportunity to apply for the American Legion Boys and Girls State Leadership Program. Holy Trinity is able to nominate up to 5 young men and 3 young women.  All juniors were sent an email with detailed instructions on how to apply. Application materials for girls are due by Feb. 8 and materials for boys are due by Feb. 21. Those who are nominated by HT will then go on to be interviewed by the local American Legion Post. Please note, all applicants must be willing to commit to the week-long leadership training in Tallahassee scheduled for June.

HT's Varsity, JV, and Junior High football teams, along with their families, celebrated a winning season at a banquet held at the Eau Gallie Yacht Club this week.
The 14th Annual Publix Florida Marathon Weekend is happening on Sunday, February 13, 2022 in downtown Melbourne. The event features distances of 5k, 10k, half-marathon and marathon and is offering a 20% discount to all Holy Trinity families and friends through January 30, 2022.
