Nashville, Tennessee Approves CPACE


In 2021, the Tennessee State legislature passed PACE enabling legislation HB 667, allowing counties or cities to establish PACE programs. Nashville and Davidson County are now eligible for CPACE financing. CPACE funding can be used for new construction, renovations and retrofit projects offered at a fixed rate. CPACE, financing provides a lower cost of capital with significant savings, supports energy efficiency and sustainability through an economically beneficial capital structure.
