Happy December, EVA Families! This can be such a wonderful month to celebrate, be with family and friends, renew traditions and make new ones. It could be a time to sit by the fire and read a good book or play in the snow! This month marks the Winter Solstice, a time to reflect and process the year behind you. It is also a time for many, where we especially miss our loved ones who have passed on. In leu of this common struggle during the holidays and/or early Winter season when the days are so short and dark, I’d like to dedicate this month’s tips and tricks to grief and loss. Click the link below to find some resources here at EVA and also in our big and endless World Wide Web 😊.
