Maintenance Updates

Items Completed: 


  • The "No Firework" banners and signs have been removed from the community.
  • The holiday lights/garland have been removed from each neighborhood entry monument.
  • Island Shores Pedestrian Gate: the maintenance team found that the gate lock was not latching correctly. The adjustments have been made to the knob, leaving the gate functional.
  • Canyon Gate (Guardhouse) Pedestrian Gate: the maintenance team found that the gate lock was not latching correctly. The adjustments have been made to the knob, leaving the gate functional.
  • Canyon Green Pedestrian Gate: the maintenance team found that the lock on the knob was not working. It had to be removed, repaired, and re-installed. The gate was left functional.
  • Stoney Falls Pedestrian Gate: the maintenance team found that the gate was not latching correctly when closed. The hinges have been adjusted, and the gate now latches correctly.
  • Danbury Bridge Haden's Run Pedestrian Gate: the maintenance team found the knob was not retracting all of the way when opened. The repairs have been made to the knob, leaving the gate functional.
  • Mariners Bay Pedestrian Gate: the maintenance team found the door was rubbing against the post. The hinges were adjusted, leaving the gate functional.
  • Guardhouse: we have been having issues with the breaker for the heater as it was constantly tripping. Our maintenance team replaced the breaker, and it is being monitored.
