Members may attend the meeting in person at the Stone Gate Club House at 11655 Canyon Green Drive., Houston, TX 77095, or virtually by clicking the link above. Homeowners have an opportunity to address the Board during the open forum.

Items Completed: 

• We have placed Board meeting signs around the community with the hopes that residents would join us at the clubhouse on January 24th at 6:00pm.
• Guardhouse Pedestrian Gate: The maintenance team adjusted the door handle so that the gate can close properly.
• Danbury Bridge Hadens Run Pedestrian Gate: The maintenance team adjusted the door handle and the hinges so that the gate can close properly.
• Danbury Bridge Front Entry Pedestrian Gate: The maintenance team adjusted the door handle and the hinges so that the gate can close properly.
• Switchback Pedestrian Gate: The maintenance team adjusted the door handle so that the gate can close properly.
• Rec Center and SplashPad Water Fountain: When the staff returned to the office after the freeze and the water to the buildings was turned back on, the water fountains were leaking due to the filters bursting. Our maintenance team had to reset the system, adjust/repair the hoses, and purge the water before replacing the filters.
• Keystone Fairway Monument: The monument lights were not activating in the evening. The maintenance team found that the breaker was no longer working. It was replaced as well as the photocell and the team left the lights functional.
• Switchback: The maintenance team repaired a speed bump located on Tempe that had a bolt sticking out of it.
• Entry Monument Power-Washing: The maintenance team has power-washed the monuments for Deaton Mill, Copper Cove, Ashwood Valley, Everett Point, and Bakers Village.

Hybrid Board Meetings:
