Maintenance Updates

REMINDER: The S-G Owners Association assessments were due January 1st and will be considered delinquent on January 30th. You may also pay online for a convenience fee, at www.townsq.io using your account number to register, if you do not already have an account. If you have already paid your account, the Board of Directors and your neighbors thank you very much!

Please be advised access to the HOA amenities will be denied if your account is not in good standing.

Maintenance Updates

Items Completed: 

  • Mariners Bay Pedestrian Gate: the maintenance team had to adjust the hinges on the gate so that it would close properly. The gate was left functional.
  • Willow Ranch Entry Pedestrian Gate: the maintenance team had to adjust the hinges on the gate so that it would close properly. The gate was left functional.
  • Island Shores Pedestrian Gate: the maintenance team had to adjust the hinges on the gate so that it would close properly. The knob was also adjusted. The gate was left functional.
  • The maintenance team helped set up and take down the tables and chairs for the Board meeting we held on Wednesday. The Board meeting signage was also removed from the community.
  • Guardhouse Canyon Gate Monument: The monument lights were not activating in the evening. The maintenance team found that there was an issue with the GFCI. It was replaced, and the lights are functional. The team also did additional repairs to the rear office doorknob and it was upgraded. During the heavy rains we received earlier this week, the security guards reported a leak coming from the front entry of the building. The team repaired the leak by filling in some of the exposed areas on the exterior of the building.
  • Wrought Iron Re-Painting: On Red Rugosa, the fencing between Nautical Point and Mariners Bay along the lake, the maintenance team has re-painted seven panels of fencing that were faded and in need of a touch-up.

Work order requests can be submitted via the link below on both computers and mobile devices! Once a request for a work order is submitted, the request can either be approved or denied. You will receive notifications for the status of the request, and when the work order is completed.
