Aloha Holy Innocents Family,

This week, we give thanks for the many professionals who have been clearing the church property. We met the team of experts, which included cultural advisors and archeologists, who previewed their plan and assured us that they were aware of the sacredness of the property. Pictures from that process can be seen below.

While we are giving thanks, we must again mention our host church, Honolua United Methodist Church. Pastor Fifita and his wife, Laurie, asked their church to extend our sojourn. We are able to worship there through December, 2025. We routinely ask if there is something they need help with, and one request was candy for their Trunk or Treat Outreach. Let’s show them our appreciation!

Faithfully, Katy

Our Photo Gallery from Facebook

Visit our Facebook page HERE to see what's been happening, along with some new and familiar faces! Here are some of the latest photos below:

Above left, September brought our Bishop, the Right Rev. Robert Fitzpatrick, for his Visitation with Holy Innocents, and discussion about how we proceed going forward. We are grateful for the time spent to engage with us. Above right, several returning guests visited during a Sunday in October, all of whom worshiped with us on Front Street at some point. A hui hou to Darlene, Rob & Sue, and Gene & Marna.

Above left, visitors Pete and Alna came with one of the hippos we used to give out. The hippo collects "blessings" for our Holy Innocents People to People Outreach ministry, and we still have one at each service. They brought theirs back full of change. Thank you Alna and Pete! At center, visitors from Australia recounted all of the wonderful activities they have participated in while here on Maui, and we loved that they included Holy Innocents on the list. At right, it is always so good to see the Rev. Bruce DeGooyer and Sylvia!

Please join us at our current Worship Site
