Aloha dear friends and family of Holy Innocents Episcopal Church,

I hope this finds you well. A lot has taken place in the past few months, and we are finally restarting regular news updates to keep our members and 'ohana across the ocean better informed.

We are deepy grateful to the Honolua United Methodist Church for allowing us to worship in their beautiful space. While we continue to deal with our own individual challenges, being able to worship here has been a gift and one less thing to worry about. Mahalo Honolua UMC.

Properties in the burn zone are gradually being cleared along with soil testing, and it is expected that our site will be cleared soon. However, the debate continues about shoreline setbacks, cultural concerns about land use, and other issues that prevent many property owners from being able to move forward. We will keep you informed as things develop. In the meantime, continue to keep praying for all those affected.

If you have any questions, announcements, or news to share, feel free to contact me at krshroder@gmail.com.

Aloha & God's Peace,

Katy Shroder

Worship Leader
