Spring Programs & Services Highlights

Let's Talk ADHD

Living with ADHD as an adult can leave you feeling frustrated and misunderstood. Fortunately, there are strategies you can learn to help manage your symptoms of ADHD. Check our Spring sessions!


Wednesdays 5:30 – 7:00 pm

April 17 – May 29, 2024

This program will be offered once a week over seven weeks.

There will be in-person and online options to choose from.

Calm Kids Happy Families

This is a 6-week group for parents with children (aged 6-12) with ADHD and related conditions. Learn strategies, problem solve, discuss, and seek advice on best supporting your child's social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Check out our Spring sessions!


Parent Sessions: Tuesdays

6:00 – 8:00 PM

April 9 – May 14, 2024

Held online.

Child Sessions: Saturdays

9:30 – 11:00 AM (Ages 6-8)

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Ages 9-12)

April 13 – May 18, 2024

Held at the CanLearn Society.
