Past Life/Future Life Regression Group Session

Please join us at Caring Palms for a Group Past Life Regression event facilitated by Laura Bogen, Certified Hypnotherapist and QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) Practitioner. Using a simple, but effective visualization technique, the first part will include experiencing one of your past lives that is most appropriate for you to see at this particular time in your life. Did you witness to the ancient pyramids being built? Were you the chief of an ancient native tribe? Perhaps a knight in medieval times? The possibilities are endless.

Then stay a bit longer for the second part, where you will be able to explore a distant future life. You may witness unforeseen technology, interesting concepts, and even otherworldly events. After all, the future is what you make of it.

Lastly, you will be guided through a beautiful meditation to connect with your Higher Self, where you will receive a message pertinent to your life today and become more acquainted with yourself on a deeper level.

Laura is a Florida licensed massage therapist and graduate of Heritage Institute.  A naturally gifted healer, Laura was drawn to massage therapy and energy work and describes it as her "calling." She has always been very inclined toward healing and pursued this work to give back to the universe with her natural talent. Practicing since 2011, she has grown immensely, bettering her technique and knowledge of her practice. She loves people and loves being able to help them.

She is skilled in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Prenatal/Postnatal Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Integrative Massage, and Reflexology.  She is also a Reiki practitioner.

Torn Asunder

In the last many months, we have seen this country divided, divided into categories too many to count. The stress of the election process, not to mention the election itself has pushed everyone to the maximum stress they can handle. We are stressed, divided, and spinning around not knowing which way to turn. But now, it is time to take a break and heal.

It is time to forget party alliances. Time to forget the arguments. Time to re-friend people that angered you with their comments. After all, the fight is over. A winner has been declared. It is now time to come together and fight for the core things that we believe in, the things that brought us all together in the first place.

Forget all the differences we created in the battle. Let’s reunite with people and heal.

For lightworkers like myself, it is time to ground, to connect with spirit, to be ready to help others looking to be healed, and helped in any way. We need to find our center so we can help others find theirs. We need to let go of any anger we might have, and release it, and then reconnect with the core energies that we use to do our work. We need to gain strength in ourselves through meditation, centering, energy work. And we need to do it fast as there are a lot of people in need, an entire country worth.

For those of you that are not energy workers, we will be ready for you. But you need to start on your own. You need to realize the battle you just fought and won or lost is over, and that you need to move on from there into that space of love that maintains you. You need to realize that you are now ready to work together and heal. And while we lightworkers will be spreading our healing worldwide, we will be there for individuals and groups that want help.

So please, take a deep cleansing breath, let go of the things you no longer need, and allow yourselves to heal. And when you need help, come see those of us that can help.

A Call to Lightworkers and Positive Thinkers

According to historians, who look at patterns, we are heading into dark times.  Well, that may be true, or it may not.  It really doesn’t matter.  What does matter is that we are now a broken, divided people. It doesn’t matter who won or who lost, or who voted for whom.  I am reminded of a filk song my wife and I wrote years ago. (Filk: Fan Folk singing at sci-fi conventions.)  It was about Star Wars, and told the story of Luke Skywalker.  The middle verse was haunting, yet rings through today.  The tune it was written to is “Stand By Me”.

To me today, it means that all of us lightworkers and healers need to be on our “A” Game.  We have the power of spirit at our backs (the Force).  There is darkness, and hate.  But we won’t fear it because we can control our fear. We need instead to be the light shining through the darkness, helping heal in whatever times are coming.  We need to be the positive in all the negative. 

And it doesn’t stop with healers.  If we stop our bickering, and just think positively, that will add positive energy as well.  We have to believe that things will get better, that this divide will heal.  In doing so, we make it happen. We have the strength to make a difference simply by believing we can. 

So, band together.  See the positive.  Be the positive. We can do it.
