Summer is in full swing at Golden Seeds! While some organizations slow down during the summer months, Golden Seeds is as busy as ever. Entrepreneurs need support year-round, and our recent deal flow supports that. In the first six months of 2024, Golden Seeds has presented 34 companies in our national forums, formed 21 due diligence teams and invested in 6 new companies and 9 follow-on rounds. We have also welcomed over 259 companies to our complimentary Office Hours and Information Sessions for entrepreneurs. Our work of investing in and empowering women-led companies is always ongoing.

Materna Medical collects $20 million in Series B2 financing
Maternal Medical has completed the first close of a $20 million Series B2 financing round led by InnovaHealth Partners and participation from other key existing investors, including Wavemaker Three-Sixty Health, Kimera Limited, Women's Venture Capital Fund, Golden Seeds, Band of Angels, and Houston Angel Network.
