Golden Seeds company Work Truck Solutions, a leading software provider for the commercial vehicle industry, has announced that it has secured a strategic majority investment from Rubicon Technology Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in and growing software companies. This resulted in a sale of our investors' interest.
Forty-seven Golden Seeds members and Golden Seeds Fund 2 invested in Preferred Stock offerings of WTS between 2014 and 2019. Proceeds from the sale have generated returns for our investors with a range of multiples from 4.3x to 8.4x, and IRRs from 23.1% to 32.3%. Congratulations to all.
