Resource of the Month
"Stress Relief Resources"
As we push into the home stretch of the Spring 2022 semester, it might be a good time to stop and check our stress level! University Libraries has a Research Guide that provides resources and information to support emotional well-being and stress relief for university students, faculty, and staff. In this guide you will find a selection of resources for academic and personal success, information on stress management, stress relief resources such as yoga and breathing exercises, groovy tunes, videos of cute animals, and downloadable coloring sheets. Gunter Library has some stress relief resources such as jigsaw puzzles and coloring pages. The Grab and Go snack basket has healthy munchies including popcorn and trail mix.
