Don't Let Your Meal Code Expire!
Meal Codes will expire on September 27th!!
 Applications must be completed each year. If your child qualified for free and reduced lunch last year, but you have not submitted an application this school year, your child will be charged for lunch starting September 27th.

There are three easy ways to complete the application:
  1. Click here to complete online
  2. Go to your PASSport Account to complete online
  3. Come to the Parent Center to complete a paper application or to get assistance with the online application

Athletics Fundraiser
If you are you in the market for a new mattress please consider supporting Hamilton's Athletic Program by joining us at our Annual Mattress Sale. Our Gym will turn into a showroom and all sales will result in a donation to our Athletic Program. Please help us raise critical funds for our athletics program by promoting this fundraiser opportunity with friends and family.

Student Involvement
Check out two different ways students can get involved and make their voices heard this week:

Tuesday is Tea with Ms. P during lunch in the SoundLab patio. The event is open to all students (and only students!) to share their opinions and ideas about the school with our principal.
Thursday is Club Rush during Lunch . Be sure to check out all the different clubs and how you can get involved.
Progress Reports
5-week progress reports were mailed home on Wednesday. Please take time to review these marks with your student when it arrives at home. Remember that the Parent Passport provides immediate access to grades and attendance. If you need help registering, our Parent Center is happy to help!
e-Waste Drive
Do you have electronic equipment that you no longer need? Start collecting it now so you can bring it to our front parking lot on September 29th from 10 am to 2 pm. The proceeds from the e-Waste pickup will be donated to our school.

Tickets for the dance are now on sale at the student store.
Ticket prices are below:
Through September 21st -$30
Through October 3rd -$35
In order to purchase tickets, students must complete an event form (found on door of Room 511) and bring a photocopy of their ID card to the Student Store along with their money (cash only) . Copies of ID cards can be made at the Student Store for $0.25.
Leaving Early
If your child has a doctor's appointment and need to leave school early, save time by sending a note ahead of time and pick up your student at the curb! Students should bring a note signed by a parent/guardian to the Attendance Office (room 101) before the start of first period at 7:56 a.m. or during nutrition .
The note must include:
  • student name, grade, birthdate
  • date and time of early leave
  • reason for leaving early
  • a phone number where parent can be reached
