Marina rates for 2023:

Frog Hooks-- $11.50 per foot (20’ minimum)
30 feet and under-- $14.50 per foot plus $10.00 utility fee
31-39 feet-- $17.50 per foot plus $12.50 utility fee
40-49 feet-- $18.50 per foot plus $15.00 utility fee
50-59 feet-- $20.00 per foot plus $17.50 utility fee
60-70 feet-- $22.00 per foot plus $20.00 utility fee

Dry dock space will now be charged on a per boat basis. You will each be given a sticker for your boat, kayak or paddle board. This numbered sticker is assigned to you and your boat. Kayaks, paddle boards and other “rackable” vessels will be $35 per month. Sailboats and other “non-rackable” vessels shall be $100 per month and catamarans will be $150 per month. We will be billing two times a year, once in January and once in June. We know this is a big change to how things have been done in the past and Andrew and his crew are ready to help you through the process.  
Construction Update

We are continuing to make improvements. C dock at Lakewood is complete. The new concrete path turned out well and will enhance access to the new dock. Construction is underway at Leschi North where they have started to install the new decking, utilities, and fencing. The crane and barge are on site to demolish the building and install the new finger piers. This project was delayed due to the locks closure, but we hope to have it completed in early January. Once they are done at Leschi N they will immediately shift to Leschi South and install a new southern dock, the last piece of that puzzle! For those of you continuing to moor at Leschi N., please expect power and water outages. The crew is working hard to maintain service and will try and limit their outages but there is no way to rewire the docks without periodic interruptions. If you do come down to visit your boat, please be careful. This is an active construction site.
