Customer Appreciation Party!

This Thursday, August 25th from 5:30-8:00pm on Ohler’s Island we are hosting a customer appreciation party for our tenants. Andrew will be smoking some delicious meat on his BBQ and there will be live music from the incomparable Kennedy Brothers as well as plenty of refreshments and good cheer!

We are trying to get a headcount, so if you can attend, please RSVP by calling the office or emailing [email protected] as we don’t want to run out of food! This will be a great end of summer bash and we look forward to seeing you.
New Office Hours

We have changed our office hours to better serve our customers. For the rest of the summer, we are available, 7 days a week, from 9am -5pm.

Security

As part of our efforts to increase security, will be changing the personal access codes this fall. Stand by for more information on this change over.
Next week we will be installing new security cameras at all the marinas. We will be “dialing them in” over the next month. We hope to make them accessible to everyone as they come online in the coming months and will keep you updated.

Park Postal Reminder

We strongly encourage you not to drop your payment at Park Postal as they do not always make it to us and they are not setup to handle drop offs. Please either mail them, drop them off at our office at Lakewood, or use the online portal.

Please call the office if you have questions. Thanks for your understanding.
Construction Update

C-Dock at Lakewood will be completed next month. The dock has been re-decked and the new fingers and electrical will be installed in September.
The new dock on the South end at South Leschi is set to be installed in early October. This new dock will be 200’ long and help to disperse some of the wave action entering the marina. Seattle Parks continues to work on the breakwater float permits and we hope to have a permitting update for you next month.

The dock closest to the shore at Leschi N. is set to be replaced and re-decked in late October. The building on the end will be demolished and replaced with a permanent dock. New electrical pedestals will be installed at all the slips as well as new security fencing and gates. As a reminder, Andrew is looking for open spaces for the fall/winter to accommodate displaced boats. If you are going to be out of your slip, please let Andrew know and you will be credited for sublease moorage.

All of this is subject to change based on schedule and supply issues, but we want to keep you informed as things progress. Thanks for you understanding and flexibility as we improve the marinas.

Dock Boxes

We still have six dock boxes left over to lease or purchase. Call the office for more details.
