MDI Worked With 40 Homeowners to Repair Virginia Park Homes |
Did You Know that Midtown Detroit, Inc. (MDI) worked with 40 homeowners in the Virginia Park neighborhood recently on exterior home repair grants? These projects are now completed and included grants for exterior painting, fence installations for corner homes, masonry work, window and door replacements, gutter and downspout replacements, siding, fascia, soffit repair, porch repair, and roofing.
Approximately $250,000 was raised from the Kresge Foundation, MSHDA, Henry Ford Hospital, and Ally Charitable Foundation. Thank you to all our partners!

They also installed a self-service
station with two kiosks that are available 24/7.
