Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year!! What an incredible 2025 we had. The skies were full of pilots from Princeton Airport. Planes were purchased and upgraded, students flew their first solos and got their private pilot license along with additional ratings, and Layla (the airport dog) enjoyed every moment she had her belly rubbed.

Thank you for your continued support of the airport. What makes Princeton Airport so special are the pilots and friends that are there. The Fly It Forward Toy and Food Drive was a success! The Aircraft Ownership Interest Meetup was filled with connection and knowledge.

We've had two snow storms and kept on flying! Reminder, if you want your hangar plowed out - please call ahead to get on the list.

May 2026 be the year you go on even more flying adventures, get the plane you have always dreamed of, finished a new rating, and enjoy every moment at the airport.

Princeton Airport Presents:

Fly It Forward Toy and Food Drive

Thank you to everyone who donated both gifts and food. The community could really feel the impact and those who collected the gifts and food were truly grateful. This year we donated 14 contractor sized bags of gifts!!

Winter Operations

We have had two snow falls this season and we have had the airport up and open. As a reminder, if you would like to be plowed out- please let us know ahead of time to be put on the "plow out" list. If you decide after the fact to fly, the more notice you give, the better our plow team can prepare!

As the temperatures continue to drop, please remember a few important cold-weather procedures for our aircraft. For the fuel-injected Cessna 172s, be sure to use extra fuel during start-up. For the carbureted models, use 3–4 shots of primer and two pumps on the throttle before starting. Allow the engine to warm up at about 800 RPM, especially before the first flight of the day.

Pilots, take a moment to check for frost. Students, you should check with your Flight Instructor - particularly on windshields and leading edges. It doesn’t need to be spotless, but it should be reasonably smooth before flight.

As we move deeper into the colder months, we’ll soon begin plugging in the airplanes to keep them ready for use.

Dear Valued and Appreciated Customers,

Due to the increase in expenses, which include but are not limited to: insurance, taxes, payroll, airplane parts, dog treats along with other increases in costs, we will be increasing the rates by 3% on January 15th.

We are working hard to keep aviation affordable.

Thank you for all your support.

Is Your Panel Holding You Back?

There’s never been a better time to upgrade your avionics. Whether you're eyeing a sleek glass panel, a smarter autopilot, or just want to get rid of outdated gauges, our experienced team can help bring your dream cockpit to life.

One of our based pilots recently upgraded to a G3X Touch, GTN 750Xi, GMA350C audio panel, GTX345 transponder, and GFC500 autopilot - and they couldn’t be happier with the results.

With over 50 years of combined experience, the Princeton Airport avionics shop handles everything from simple upgrades to full panel transformations. No job is too small to make a big impact.

Ready to get started? Contact Ken at 609-731-4628 (ken@princetonairport.com) or Jack at 609-658-6042 (jack@princetonairport.com). Let’s build the panel your airplane deserves.
