Additional Training and Resources Now Available for

Concur Travel & Expense

As the new academic year approaches, there are additional opportunities for you—and those on your teams and in your units and schools—to learn about Concur Travel and Expense, the new system that combines the existing online travel booking tool with Concur Expense.

All members of the Rutgers community now can access:

• Additional live virtual training sessions
• Drop-in office hours through October for individualized support
• Training videos and job aids including pre-recorded training sessions, accessible anytime
• Frequently asked questions, featuring the most common queries from members of the university community

Please take advantage of these resources and help us spread the word to others who might benefit from the live sessions and office hours.

Fastenal Punchout Catalog

As communicated on Monday, August 5th, 2024, the Fastenal Punchout catalog was launched in RU Marketplace, streamlining our procurement process and making it easier to find and order items!

All purchases must be made through the Fastenal Punchout Catalog. Please note that all previous forms have been disabled. If an item is not listed in the catalog, obtain a quote from the supplier and enter a requisition directly in the punchout.

Update on Labviva Orders

Contracted pricing between Rutgers and suppliers should not exceed the list price.

If you find a lower price on the manufacturer's website while shopping for an item, price matching is available. Simply take a screenshot of the item and upload it as a quote through the Labviva platform to receive the lower price!

Introducing New Features to Labviva!

Labviva has updated to a more streamlined user homepage.

• The search bar is now prominently featured at the top, with Shop Products and Supplier options positioned below.
• The "Account" section is also at the top, allowing you to view your account, order information, and lists.
• Quick Order, Non-Catalog Order, and Quote Order remain easily accessible at the top of the page.

Items in Labviva have been recently updated to include supplier attribute designations.
