Monthly Virtual Open Office Hours

University Procurement Services (UPS) is pleased to announce monthly virtual open office hours, which will be held on the second Monday of each month from 9 AM to 3 PM, beginning Monday, October 14.

Virtual open office hours are informal sessions where UPS staff are available to help answer any questions about current or future needs.

Teams within UPS will be available for one-hour sessions.

New RU Marketplace Punchout Catalogs:

Effective September 23, purchases from Dry Ice Corp. can now be made through the punchout tile on RU Marketplace.

Purchase forms should no longer be submitted for this supplier. This change ensures accurate pricing moving forward.

RU Marketplace Catalog Highlight: Office Depot

Office Depot (ODP Business Solutions LLC or "ODP") is a partnered provider, which offers over 30,000 discounted office supplies, A/V products, the full range of print services (with an easy online option for uploading print proofs), and furniture.

Looking for "recommended furniture"? You can find the available shopping list on ODP’s landing page in RU Marketplace. Our dedicated ODP Account Management and Sales Support Team is available to provide recommendations or assist with placement of furniture orders for projects in coordination with the Rutgers-based design team in Institutional Planning and Operations (IP&O).

As a reminder, you also can mail in toner cartridges and ink for free disposal through "My Business Recycles"; a "K-Cycle Box" for recycling Keurig coffee K-cup pods is also available for purchase.
