Join Us for "Procurement Days!"


We are excited to invite you to "Procurement Days” which offer a valuable opportunity for the Rutgers community to engage with the Unversity Procurement Services (UPS) team, gain insights into our processes, learn about the services we provide and how we can support your needs, and explore how UPS contributes to the university’s mission. The UPS team will be available throughout the day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., but please take advantage of our sessions by topic.

UPS is pleased to announce monthly virtual open office hours, which will be held on the second Monday of each month from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.


Our next session will be held on Monday, November 11.


Virtual open office hours are informal sessions where UPS staff are available to help answer any questions about current or future needs. 


Teams within UPS will be available for one-hour sessions.

The Labviva Learning Series

The Labviva Learning Series offers 30-minute webinars focused on different aspects of the Labviva platform to help you use it more efficiently.
