December 20, 2024

Dear Pleasantville Families,

I am honored and grateful to be part of the ongoing growth and development made each day by our students because of the comprehensive educational experience they receive in the Pleasantville School District.

Just this month, students from all three of our schools showcased their excellent musical talents. Each performance was the result of weeks and months of hard work and practice. Our students learned that even something as challenging and complex as a concert can be put together and performed through preparation, teamwork, and the guidance of a great conductor.

It is my privilege to see our students thrive in their classes, clubs, performances, concerts, competitions and art shows. I’ve been routinely impressed with our students’ academic, artistic and athletic skills and am excited to see what 2025 will bring for Pleasantville Schools.

I hope you are able to rest and relax over the break along with enjoying time with family and friends. Have a wonderful holiday break.

For the youth,

Dr. Tina DeSa
