Message from the President

IRMI CRC 39 Wrap Up

The RT Environmental and Construction Professional (RT ECP) team enjoyed a successful IRMI CRC in Seattle. Our eight team members in attendance met with numerous brokers and carriers. We introduced BJ Leonard, RT ECP's Claims Advocate, who provides an important added value in our service offering.

The conference had its largest attendance since the recession. Brokers and carriers are challenged with standard lines placements and shared that environmental and construction professional lines are not problematic at this time. There is still capacity and placements are getting done.

Finally, Joe Reynold's panel presentation on Real Estate Development Errors and Omissions Risks and Insurance was very well attended and received with many questions and interest in the subject.

We look forward to seeing everyone next year in Washington, DC.

Holiday Givings and Celebrations

It's been a busy holiday season for the RT ECP team to give back. For the eighth consecutive year, we partnered with St. Mary's Church in Bordentown, NJ to adopt several families for the holidays. Our entire team pulled together to provide these families in need with a very special holiday that they may not have otherwise had.

This holiday season was a time for fun as well. Our employees enjoyed an offsite holiday party that included great food and drink. Our team enjoyed an evening of fun, relaxation and, for the first time, a raffle of some pretty nice gifts.

Our annual office pot luck lunch and Pollyanna offered a time for employees to take time out of their busy work day to enjoy each other's company and exchange gifts.
