IMPORTANT STEWARDSHIP UPDATE
It has been several months now that COVID-19 has affected our lives. In the beginning we were not able to offer public masses. Later we were allowed to celebrate mass outside and now inside for a limited number of attendees. The staff has continued to work, both in the office and remotely. Programs have continued and our children have been able to receive the sacraments of Eucharist and Baptism, and Confirmation is set for our youth for September. Throughout all of this we have appreciated your financial support. It allows us to continue to minister to the SJV community.

We want to share some financial information with you. For the months of March through June our weekly Stewardship offerings are down from last year by 14.8% (-$42,579). We know that COVID-19 has affected many of our parish families in different ways. If you are able, we ask that you continue supporting our SJV Community. If you have taken a break and you’re able to donate once again we would appreciate that. If you’re new to us and want to support the community, let us know and we’ll find a way for you to help. We will continue to keep you updated on our weekly Stewardship offerings. We look forward to when we can once again fill the church!
"CALLING" ALL PHONE CALLERS!
Do you like to keep in touch with friends? Do you like to talk with people? We need you! We are looking for people who would be willing to call 8-10 fellow parishioners, perhaps once a month, beginning this fall. If you are interested, please email Joan Sullivan at [email protected] or call the parish office and leave your name and phone number. Thank you!
INFANT BAPTISM
If you would like to have your child baptized the first Sunday in September, please reserve your spot with Laura Stanger at [email protected].
"CATHOLIC" VOTING
The Catholic Church does not endorse candidates or political parties. You may encounter websites, sources, or mailers that claim to be Catholic. If a source tells you to support a specific candidate or political party, it is most certainly not officially aligned with the Catholic Church.

Catholics have a long tradition of engagement in the public square. Sometimes that engagement requires making difficult moral decisions that impact our own lives and those of others. When considering political candidates’ views on public policies, our conscience can help guide the decisions we make.
SUNDAY MASSES
9:00am & 11:00am
IF YOU HAVE NOT ATTENDED A MASS YET AND WOULD LIKE TO:
Please contact Joan Sullivan at [email protected], or call the parish office by noon on Thursday. Please include the names of all those who will be attending with you.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ATTENDED A MASS:
You do not need to register each week. We will keep your household in our Mass assignment rotation. Safe capacity is limited so you may not be able to attend Mass every week. Keep a look out for confirmation emails sent late on Thursdays to see the next date and time you are assigned to a Mass. If you have not heard by Friday please email Joan.

We cannot take requests for dates or times.

If anyone would like to volunteer to help with our Masses please contact Greg Leptich at [email protected].
