We said goodbye to our sweet cat this week. He was the sort of sociable cat whom, when we had a lot of visitors, was called our “social director” because he made friends more quickly than we did.

The day is starting out as normal, the coffee is hot, the paper has been read and the news has been watched. The mourning doves are cooing, but that is where normal ends.

MAY 2021 SYNOD ASSEMBLY CANCELLED
There will not be a Synod Assembly in May 2021. The synod council sets the date for synod assemblies and has voted not to have a Synod Assembly in May. There may be a synod assembly held in the fall. We will keep you informed regarding any potential dates and Assembly plans.
