Pathways to Change (P2C)™ Program Recruitment
AAVMC is recruiting member institutions to participate in their Pathways to Change (P2C)™ Program that will launch at AAVMC’s Annual Meeting this March. The P2C™ program combines design-thinking and change management approaches to provide a pathway for institutions to systemically improve organizational wellbeing. The program supports projects that shift the focus from the individual to the education environment and is facilitated by experts in organizational change and wellbeing. Combining in-person, virtual, asynchronous content with peer-to-peer learning, participants will be guided through a process that considers the unique challenges faced by their organizations, how to design system-level changes tailored for their community and assess efficacy. Leaders who are ready to implement meaningful change will be provided with the tools, resources, and funding to implement systemic changes.
Applications are due by January 31. For more information regarding the program or to receive the application, please contact Dr. Makenzie Peterson at mpeterson@aavmc.org.

The AAVMC is working hard to create a culture of diversity and inclusion in every dimension of academic veterinary medicine. To foster this goal, the photographs and illustrations which are used in our communications programs are aspirational, and do not necessarily reflect the levels of diversity and inclusion that currently exist.
