41ST ANNUAL LADIES' SPRING GALA
THE ENCHANTED FOREST
MARCH 27TH | SOUTH GATE MANOR
The BIG day is almost here! We are so excited for our 41st Annual Spring Gala! All proceeds from the event benefit our children in the Colts Neck School District. We have lots of amazing baskets, so bring your generosity and come ready to win some prizes! We can't wait for everyone to enjoy an evening of dinner, dancing, drinks and raffles!
Additional info:
- Doors open at 6:00 PM.
- Upon entering, proceed to the raffle table to pick up pre-purchased raffle tickets. They will be listed under the name of the person who purchased the tickets. If you did not pre-purchase raffle tickets, you may proceed to the Cocktail hour Room to purchase them.
- Additional basket tickets will be sold until 8:00 PM.
- Additional 50/50 tickets will be sold until 9:30 PM (cash only).
- Complimentary cocktail hour is 6:30-7:30 PM. Cash only bar thereafter.
- Dinner tickets will not be sold at the door.
- Baskets must be claimed or a new winner will be called.

ORDERS DUE BY FRIDAY, APRIL 4TH
The Colts Neck PTO school spirit wear store is back by popular demand! Check out all the new product options including tank tops and shorts!
This will be the final spirit wear store of this 24-25 school year, so don't miss your chance to pick up some gear before it's too late.
Orders are due by Friday, April 4th and will be delivered to your child's classroom approximately four weeks from store close.

ORDERS DUE BY APRIL 1ST
All classes, in grades Pre-K through 5th, will be able to choose flowers for their loved ones at the PTO Annual Spring Flower Sale on Friday, May 9th! You must pre-purchase your child's flowers by using the order form below. Students may purchase up to 4 plants to take home (please be mindful that many students will carry their plants home on the bus). There will be no IOUs or day-of purchases.

Calling all 8th grade parents, please submit photos for the 8th Grade Photo Montage! Send in at least two school-related photos of your child, including their name and school event/year the photo was taken. Group photos work best.

ORDERS DUE APRIL 30TH
Celebrate your graduate with a personalized yard sign! All yard signs are 24"x18", weather-resistant, and double-sided. Please order by April 30th for pick up in early June. Cost is $25 per sign and includes first name personalization in all CAPS and a yard stake. Personalization is optional.

MAY 30TH | 6:30-8:00 PM | CRPS CAFETERIA
Join your friends for a FREE, fun moving-up celebration for this year's graduating Primary School class! The evening will include inflatables, carnival games, face painting, photo booth, pizza and popcorn, and a commemorative 2nd grade t-shirt! Please complete the online permission slip and payment form by May 9th.

8th grade families, it's time to mark your calendars for the 8th grade dance! CDMS 8th grade graduates are invited to join their classmates to celebrate their last year in Colts Neck Schools!
