SPECIAL THANKS to our departing Executive Board members, Stephanie Collura and Jennifer Mayrose. Your years of dedication leading the PTO are greatly appreciated!  

CONGRATULATIONS to our Volunteer of the Year recipients: Samantha Amato, Courtney McCormick, and Jennifer Stattel!  These ladies put in countless hours helping to make some of our biggest events so successful.

MANY THANKS to our Minigrant Committee who met in the beginning of the school year to approve funding $20,000 worth of assemblies, technology, activities, and trips (any unfulfilled minigrants have been rolled over to next school year):  Taylor Burke, Stephanie Collura, Amy Dimes, Colleen Mayrose, Courtney McCormick, Lena Nicholson, and Danielle Quigley.

It's not too early to start thinking about next school year! Order all of your school supplies in one, easy stop. Skip the lines and headaches from trying to find every item on the list. Orders must be in by June 30th to receive free shipping directly to home and to customize the list to eliminate items that you already have.  Spread the word to friends in the district and save everyone the trouble of the dreaded school supply shopping!

2ND GRADE MOVING UP 
              
   
Congrats to our 2nd grade class as they move up to CRES!  This will be an exciting transition for them!  All 2nd grade students will be receiving a t-shirt to remember their years and friends at CRPS.  Good luck next year in your new school!

5TH GRADE MOVING UP 
              
   
Congrats to our 5th grade class as they move up to CDMS!  This year, in lieu of an end of the year celebration, all 5th grade students will receive a Cedar Drive Middle School t-shirt with their Class of 2023 cinch sack.  Good luck next year in your new school!

8TH GRADE DANCE

The PTO executive board, as well as our 8th grade dance committee, remain hopeful that we will be able to celebrate our graduating class with a traditional dance.  We will continue to update parents as we receive info about social gathering restrictions.  For more info, please contact Krista Staback at kmccabe2006@aol.com .

NEW DATE: SEPTEMBER 30TH | 6:30-11 PM | EAGLE OAKS
Keeping everyone's health and safety in mind, the Gala committee has postponed the Annual Ladies' Gala to the new date of September 30th.  We hope everyone is doing well and we are looking forward to enjoying a much needed night out together!  If you have already purchased  tickets, they will transfer to the new date.   Should you seek additional information, please contact  Tara, Justine, or Courtney at  gala@coltsneckpto.org .

EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS
We are looking for PTO members who are interested in joining our team for the next school year. We are seeking volunteers interested in the positions of Secretary and Assistant Treasurer.   To learn more information about board positions and responsibilities, please review the bylaws on our  WEBSITE .  If you think any of these may be the right fit for you, contact Lena at webmaster@coltsneckpto.org.   

If we do not have people to fill all positions, some events will need to be cancelled.
COMMUNITY CORNER
  
Celebrate the 2020 CRES Retirees , Mrs. Rao, Mrs. Sofia, and Mrs. Tarby on Thursday, June 18th at 4 PM at Bucks Mill Park.  Drive by, wave, and send your well wishes.   All participants must remain in their vehicles .  Any questions, please contact Jenn Winkelmann at  jlwinkelmann12@yahoo.com .   Please note, this is NOT a school district or PTO sponsored event. 

The Reinson Family and the Colts Neck Police Department are working together to create a community-wide Food Drive.  On the last day of school, Monday, June 22, please place a bag of non-perishable food at the end of your driveway. Members of the Colts Neck Township Police Department will collect your donations to be given to Fulfill.  View these inspiring videos from VIOLET and FIONA.

AYF/AYC Fall Football and Cheer registration is now available.  Flag football is open to ages 5 and 6 and tackle football to ages 7-14.  Cheer is open to ages 5-16.  Visit WEBSITE to register.
