An L-1A visa is non-immigrant visa that allows international companies to bring highly skilled executives to its U.S affiliates or subsidiaries to either found or expand its operations in the U.S.
In this case, Shark Technologies is expanding its operations in the U.S given the success of its revolutionary Kiwano electric rider. The rider has been a major win in the U.S market and has obtained Shark Technologies contracts with, major sellers like Walmart and Best Buy. With the expansion, Shark Innovations will create dozens of U.S jobs.
